Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the fitting device of a gate door simplifying the rotary mechanism of hinges of the fitting portion of the gate door to a gate post, making the gate door openable by about 180°, requiring no conventional hinges, sharply reducing the fitting man-hours of the gate door, requiring no labor for the fitting work, ensuring the fitting precision, made lightweight, and improving the beautiful appearance of the fitting portion of the gate door.
CONSTITUTION: The fitting device of a gate door 11 is provided with hinges 5 constituted of the first hinge structure section 2 on a gate post 1 side, the second hinge structure section 12 on the gate door 11 side, the third hinge structure section 22 combined with the first hinge structure section 2 on the gate post 1 side on one side of a connecting member 21, and the fourth hinge structure section 32 combined with the second hinge structure section 12 on the gate door 11 side on the other side of the connecting member 21. When the gate door 11 is opened, only the gate door 11 is rotated by about 90° against the connecting member 21, then the gate door 11 is rotated by about 90° against the gate post 1 together with the connecting member 21, and the gate door 11 is opened by about 180° as a result.
