Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain the sure fitting of the tip portion of a windshield molding to a vehicle body side.
CONSTITUTION: An engagement projection 96 is formed by providing protrudingly the side edge lower portion of the cowl cover 90 of a cowl box to support a windowpane. A gap having an opening into which the engagement projection 96 of the cowl cover 90 is put, is provided at the tip portion of the mold main body 81 of a windshield molding 80 to be furnished at the side edge portion of the windowpane and when the windshield molding 80 is moved along the side edges of the windowpane and the cowl cover 90, the engagement projection 96 of the cowl cover 90 is engaged with the gap at the tip of the windshield molding 80, and the sure fitting of the tip portion of the windshield molding 80 to a vehicle body side is completed.
