To dispense with any grooves or rails, and to move fittings with small force even when the fittings or sills are deformed by providing a magnet on a fittings installation surface of a fitting body, mounting a magnetic plate on a lower surface of the fitting body, and providing a guide to be locked to the upper part of the fitting body above the fitting body.
When a force is applied to move a paper sliding door 1 on a sill 2, the paper sliding door 1 is moved smoothly by a sash roller 6 provided in its lower surface. A magnet 4 provided in the sill 2 is attracted by a magnetic plate 5 mounted on a lower surface of the paper sliding door 1. Thus, the paper sliding door 1 is smoothly moved with the magnet 4 provided in the sill 2 as a track without detachment therefrom. When the force to detach the paper sliding door 1 from the magnet 4 in the sill 2 is applied in applying the force to move the paper sliding door 1, the paper sliding door 1 is moved in the direction of the force application. However, the paper sliding door 1 is returned onto the magnet 4 in the sill 2 by the magnetic attraction between the magnetic plate 5 mounted on the lower surface of the paper sliding door 1 and the magnet 4.
