A pivot member 3 is assembled to a movable body 2 side, and is fitted into an axial hole 1b of a fixing main body 1 side to rotatably pivot the movable body 2 on the fixing main body 1. The pivot member 3 is formed in a substantially C-shaped and cylindrically shaped vertical section, and its cylindrical one end side is set in an inserting part 3d fitted into the axial hole 1b. The pivot member 3 has a projecting part 5 for restricting an inserted amount of the inserting part 3d to the axial hole 1b by integratedly forming with a cylindrically outer periphery. Moreover, the projecting part 5 is slidably attached on the edge part 2a of the movable body 2 in a clamping state in which the edge part 2a of the movable body 5 is fitted in the cylindrical inside.
