The heating unit 32B has: a magnetic resin layer 32c, in which a magnetic material whose Curie temperature reaches a predetermined temperature is dispersed uniformly in resin materials; a heating layer 32d closely layered on the circumference surface of the magnetic resin layer 32c; an elastic layer 32e layered on the circumference surface of the heating layer 32d; and a release layer 32f layered on the circumference surface of the elastic layer 32e. The heating layer 32d generates heat by the magnetic flux generated by a magnetic flux generating unit.
