The apparatus includes a document sending means for sending the document placed on a document glass 4 into an opening 14; and a document conveyance means which has the opening 14, a first conveyance path 15, a second conveyance path 17 and a third conveyance path 21, which is formed to communicate from the opening 14 to a paper output tray 1, and which conveys the document sent with the document sending means from the opening 14 to the paper output tray 1. According to this arrangement, a user receives the document, naturally, at the same time when a transfer paper is received.
