Abstract:
To provide a fixing unit which can shorten start-up time and is adaptive to energy saving.
The fixing device is composed of a fixing member, a heating member, a belt extended between the fixing member and heating member, and a pressure roller arranged at the fixing member across the endless belt and forms a fixing nip part, and has heat sources at the heating member and a pressing member. In the fixing device, the endless belt is composed of a base layer and a releasing layer, and the pressing member is composed of a core bar and a releasing layer.
