Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position the gravitational center of a tool for a fixture such as a plug at an ideal position.
SOLUTION: In a fixing device using compressed gas and having a casing 1 accommodating therein a combustion chamber, a housing 4 receiving a compressed gas cartridge 5, a means for injecting compressed gas from the cartridge 5 into the combustion chamber, a magazine 3 for supplying fixtures, a housing 6 accommodating a means 7 for supplying an electric power, and a handle 8 directly coupled to the casing 1, substantially perpendicular to the center axis 11 of the casing 1, the housing 4 for receiving the cartridge 5 is arranged in substantially parallel with the handle 8, being positionally shifted in the direction of the center axis 11 of the casing 1.
