To provide a fixing member which, when a building decorative member and a building substrate member are fixed to each other, can easily adjust a position of a clearance between these members.
A stick panel 101 having a bolt insertion hole 101a penetrating from the back surface to the front surface thereof and a column 110 are fixed to each other by a fixing member 1 while allowing adjustment of their relative position. The fixing member 1 includes: a fixing mechanism part 20 including a fixing bolt 25 fastened to the column 110 through the stick panel 101; and an adjustment mechanism part 30 including an adjustment screw 33 abutting against the column 110 and advanceably/retreatably provided to the outer surface of the stick panel 101. The fixing bolt 25 and the adjustment screw 33 are arranged so that their horizontal positions coincide with each other and their vertical positions are different from each other, and their axial directions are parallel to each other.
