Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance security while occupants are asleep or out by making it difficult to unlock the indoor side illegally from the outside. SOLUTION: A frame 2 against which a door 4 is openably and closably supported is provided with a strike 8 to and from which a rod- or sickle-shaped locking member 7 is locked and unlocked, and lockable and unlockable cylinders (12), 13 by which the locking member 7 of a lock provided inside the door 4 is engaged with and unlocked from the strike 8 according to key operation are provided, respectively, on the inside and outside surfaces of the door 4. The inside cylinder 12 is designed to allow a key to be normally attached thereto and removed when necessary.
