Abstract:
To make force directing a radial direction of a cutting blade act on when sucking and holding the cutting blade or a pressing flange.SOLUTION: A flange mechanism for mounting a cutting blade which has a disc-like base having a fitting hole in the center and a cutting edge disposed in an outer peripheral edge of the base, on a tip of a spindle includes: a columnar boss part extending in a front-back direction, and inserted into the fitting hole of the base of the cutting blade; and a flange part projecting outward in a radial direction from a rear side of the boss part, and supporting the base of the cutting blade. A single or a plurality of openings are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the boss part facing an inner surface of the fitting hole of the base of the cutting blade to be mounted. A suction passage for communicating the opening with a suction source is provided in the inside, and the cutting blade is sucked and fixed by making negative pressure generated in the suction source act on the cutting blade via the suction passage and the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
