Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a guide system to widely and continuously give guidances on various sight-seeing objects.
CONSTITUTION: The guide system is provided with a guiding data storing means 3 which stores guiding data for guiding objects along the road, reads and areas by classifying them, guide outputting means 10 which outputs the guide of an object to be guided, present location detecting means 5 which detects or traces the present location of its own vehicle, a plurality of searching means 6a-6c which search objects to be guided in accordance with the classification based on the present location detected by the detecting means 5, and a guiding data outputting means 6 which extracts the guiding data of an object to be guided from the storing means 3 by means of the searching means 6a-6c and outputs the data. Since different objects to be guided are searched by means of the searching means 6a-6c in the order of priority in accordance with the classification and outputted by means of the outputting means 6, the objects can be guided continuously.
