Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flickering indication body for holding indication performance even when wind stops by rotating rotary blades by utilizing wind power without using electric action and flickering the visibility of the indication plate by the optical action of a polarization plate.
SOLUTION: Rotary blades 4 are rotatably mounted on the center of the indication plate 2 provided on the front of a frame body 11, a transparent plate 5 is mounted opposite to the indication plate 2 on the rotary blade 4, further polarization plates 6a, 6b are stuck on the indication plate 2 and the transparent plate 5, and stop means 71, 72 for stopping the rotary blades 4 at a prescribed position are provided.
