A floating microorganism collector collects the microorganisms, which float in the inside of the room, outdoors. The floating microorganism collector is provided with: a microorganism collecting section in which a first opening where air flows in and a second opening where air flows out are formed and further a filter for collecting the microorganisms by making air flowing in from the first opening pass therethrough is attached between the first opening and the second opening; a first pipe, one end of which is connected to the first opening in the microorganism collecting section and another end of which is communicated with the inside of the room; a second pipe, one end of which is connected to the second opening in the microorganism collecting section and another end of which is communicated with the inside of the room; and a first pump which is provided on a channel of the second pipe and sucks air in the microorganism collecting section from the second opening to discharge the air to the inside of the room.
