In this floor heating product 1 provided with a detachable cover member 13 for covering: the wires 7a, 7b, 11 disposed on a substrate; and the connector 8, the cover member has a flame-retardant plate body 14 and two or more leg sections 15, and the leg sections are detachably mounted in the state of press-fitted to the substrate.
