Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control flow rate distribution by on-line so that the flow rate ratio of distributed flow rate reaches the target ratio even at the time of disturbance such as total flow rate change at the time of operating the flow rate distribution of pipe lines branched into two.
SOLUTION: The flow rate distribution of first and second system pipe lines branched into two is operated by controlling the aperture of distributing valves 1 and 2 set in each system pipe line. In this case, a control arithmetic operation is executed according to a flow rate target ratio calculated from a target flow rate ratio, and the manipulated variable of one system distributing valve is set as a control range maximum fixed value, and the manipulated variable of the other system distributing valve is set as a control arithmetic output value.
