To provide a fluid jetting apparatus capable of performing accurate printing by preventing fluid from being dried and stuck to a jetting nozzle in a flushing area for making a fluid jetting head temporarily stand by.
A flushing part 17 includes a housing chamber 41 whose cross section is recessed, for instance. One surface (upper surface) of the housing chamber 41 is turned to an opening 41a. When the fluid jetting head 11 is in a flushing state (temporary standby state), a part of the fluid jetting head 11 is housed inside the housing chamber 41 from the opening 41a. Then, in the state of housing a part of the fluid jetting head 11 in the housing chamber 41, an edge part 41b sectioning the opening 41a and a part of the fluid jetting head 11, a projection part 11a where the fluid jetting head 11 is projected in an eaves shape, for instance, are brought into contact with each other.
