Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the response of an actuator to prevent occurrence of hunting or chattering by connecting a return flow passage from a double-acting fluid pressure actuator to the suction passage of a pump. CONSTITUTION:A throttle valve 4 for throttling a fluid from a tank T is provided in a suction passage 3 of a pump P for supplying the fluid to a three- position type operating valve 2 for switching a double-acting type fluid pressure cylinder 1. In a case of elongating the cylinder 1, the entire quantity of a fluid of a rod side chamber 1a is supplied to a bottom side chamber 1b and the fluid is supplemented thereto from the tank T through a throttle valve 4. In a case of shrinking the cylinder 1, a lrger part of the fluid in the bottom side chamber 1b is supplied to the rod side chamber 1a and the remainder is sent from a relief passage 8 to the tank T.
