EXAMPLE: A compound expressed by formula II.

USE: A raw material for lubricants and silicone polymers.

PREPARATION: A compound expressed by formula III is brought into contact with at least one alcohol selected from the group consisting of 1W5C aliphatic alcohols and alcohols expressed by the formula CF3(CH2)qOH (preferably CH3OH, CH3CH2OH or CF3CH2OH), preferably in the presence of a basic substance.
