Abstract:
To provide a food material dishing device which simply performs a rice dishing operation and an ingredient dishing operation and can prevent dripping of a residual ingredient.SOLUTION: A food material dishing device includes a rice supply device 10, a plurality of ingredient supply devices 11 installed adjacent to the rice supply device 10, shutter devices 11a-4 and 11b-4 for opening and closing a drop path of the ingredient from the ingredient supply device 11, a conveyance device 12 for conveying a container T so as to pass through a rice drop position from the rice supply device 10 and an ingredient drop position from the ingredient supply device 11, a liquid crystal touch panel 13a-1 for inputting the rice and the ingredient dished in the container T, and a control part 14 which dishes the rice and the ingredient in the container T according to input contents while stopping conveyance of the container T by the conveyance device 12 at the rice drop position and the ingredient drop position and controls the operations of the shutter devices 11a-4 and 11b-4 so as to close the drop path in time other than the time when the ingredient is supplied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
