Abstract:
To provide a food temperature regulating system capable of inhibiting a cart and a station from being separated unintentionally.SOLUTION: A food temperature regulating system includes a movable cart 3 having an inner space for accommodating food, a station 2 for supplying air for regulating the temperature of food to the inner space, and a connection device for connecting or separating the cart 3 and the station 2 by using a latch mechanism. The connection device includes a striker 42 provided to one of the cart 3 and the station 2, a latch part 17 provided to the other of the cart 3 and the station 2 for holding the striker 42 by engaging with the striker 42, and a releasing part for releasing the engagement with the striker 42 by the latch part 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
