Abstract:
To quietly accommodate a foot rest without violently colliding it to a support or the like by rotating a foot placing part with a slow speed.
The foot rest is constituted so as to be provided with a damper mechanism for slowly moving a rotation movement of the foot placing part. Accordingly, the foot placing part is rotated with a slow speed and can be quietly accommodated without violently colliding it to a support or the like.
