Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form binding device such that a user is not troubled and a form bundle bound by crimp binding is hardly peeled while an increase in cost is suppressed with simple constitution.SOLUTION: A form binding device includes a crimp binding part 41 which has a pair of uneven members 101, 102, and presses a form bundle Pb by moving at least one of the pair of uneven members while holding the form bundle Pb between the pair of uneven members, and the crimp binding part 41 binds the form bundle Pb by forming a binding part 202 comprising a plurality of grooves which are uneven and a crimping part where forms are crimped to each other on slopes of the grooves on the form bundle Pb. Further, the form binding device includes surface processing means of performing surface processing for improving adhesion force on surface parts, corresponding to the binding part 202, of the respective forms P of the form bundle P to be held between the pair of uneven members. The surface processing means is, for example, a form fluffing roller 65 having a flock raising member which fluffing the forms.
