A business form computerization system comprises: a form data generation part for acquiring position information indicating items on a screen of image data of a form from a position information storage part holding such information in advance, and generating form data associating the acquired position information about each item with text data corresponding to each item; and a terminal for acquiring the generated form data and the image data used in the generation of the form data to display a screen based on the image data, and highlighting target items on the screen according to the position information in the form data such that the item contents of the text data in the form data are checked.
