PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of a defect such as the bulging of a metal- back layer, reduce the man-hours for forming an anode, and improve the yield by providing a mold releasing black resin layer having a metal film on the surface on a base material, and forming fine holes on the metal film.
CONSTITUTION: A metal film (aluminum film) 5 is formed on the surface of a mold releasing black resin layer 3 formed on a base material 2, and a metal film transfer sheet forcefully formed with fine holes 6 on the film 5 is used. Even when the gas generation quantity at the time of baking exceeds the power of the fine holes 6 formed with graphite and carbon as gas vent holes, the gas can be smoothly discharged to the outside. The holes 6 are sufficiently smaller than the area of the film 5, and the function of the metal-back layer is not impaired. The metal-back layer having no defect such as bulging at the time of baking and the resin layer 3 can be simply obtained in a short time. A phosphor pattern is formed on the metal film 5 of the metal film transfer sheet, then it is transferred in the lump to form an anode, and man-hours can be further reduced.
