To provide a transparent conductive film prepared by forming a transparent conductive layer on a film comprising an organic-inorganic composite material having excellent transparency, excellent heat resistance, excellent solvent resistance and low thermal expansivity, and to provide a flat panel display.
The formed article comprising an organic-inorganic composite material prepared by dispersing inorganic fine particles in an alicyclic structure-containing polymer is characterized in that the gel fraction of the formed article is ≥50%, and the inorganic fine particles are (A) an inorganic layered compound having a number-average thickness of ≤10 nm, a number-average particle diameter of ≤300 nm in the in-plane direction, and an average aspect ratio of ≥5, or (B) inorganic fine particles having a number-average particle diameter of ≤50 nm in a state dispersed in the organic-inorganic composite material; the transparent conductive film prepared by laminating a transparent conductive layer to the formed article such as a filmy article, or the like; the flat panel display having the transparent conductive film and the like as constituting elements.
