Abstract:
To realize the precise and continuous forming in a forming machine to form a membrane to a plate.
Two-split upper dies 1a, 1b and lower dies 1c, 1d are relatively movable in the vertical direction, a plate to be formed therebetween is held so as not to slide, and hydraulic cylinders 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d to move the two-split upper dies 1a, 1b and the lower dies 1c, 1d in the approaching direction and the reverse direction are provided. Membranes (pleats) are formed in the plate by pressing tool 6 which is connected to the lower dies 1c, 1d by a ring mechanism 7 and moved upward when the lower dies 1c, 1d approach, and recessed part forming parts 1a', 1b' provided on the side surface opposite to the upper dies 1a, 1b.
