Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the forming press for crankshafts capable of adjusting the twist angle freely and correctly, which is simple composition, low cost and high press accuracy.
SOLUTION: The pressure block 23 is mounted on the piston rod of a torsional cylinder 20, the torsional push levers 31 are mounted on the four corners of the pressure block 23, respectively, and the adjuster of the twist angle is installed between the pressure block 23 and the slide 4, the twist angle adjuster consists of the upper stopper 23d which is attached to the pressure block 23 and the automatically extensible lower stopper 60 freely approachable/separable to/from the upper stopper 23d, attached to the slide 4, the upper guide 70 and the lower guide 75 are installed between the pressure block 23 and the slide 4, each of these is guided back and forth, and laterally at the four positions around the lower stopper 60 as the center.
