A low-pressure recovery side of the compressor includes two recovery passages, the first recovery passage includes the first low-pressure side pipe provided with the third opening and closing valve, and is connected to the high-temperature end of the cold storage tube, and the second recovery passage includes a common pipe provided with the fourth opening and closing valve and the flow passage control valve. and connected to the high-temperature end of the pulse tube. The low-pressure recovery side of the compressor includes the third recovery passage connected to the high-temperature end of the pulse tube via the common pipe, and the third recovery passage includes a flow resistance member.
