Abstract:
To provide a freely attachable/detachable holding device which is easily attached to and detached from a ring binder without manipulating it.
This freely attachable/detachable holding device 20 which is applicable to the ring binder has a plurality of first slitted perforations 26 positioned at the first edge of a sheet and is equipped with a first sheet 21 which forces the sheet into the ring binder or draws the sheet from the ring binder without manipulating the ring binder and a second sheet 22 which extends from the second edge of the first sheet 21 and has a plurality of second perforations 27 for the ring binder to pass through.
