Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and exactly adjust a resonance frequency.
CONSTITUTION: At the dielectric resonator composed of a resonator part 1 and a supporting stand part 2, the deviation of the resonance frequency of the dielectric resonator is measured, and the frequency adjustment is performed by providing a slit 4 for frequency adjustment at the resonator part 1 while adjusting the width and (or) the depth corresponding to the deviation. The slit for frequency adjustment can be formed circularly along the outer peripheral part of the resonator part 1, circularly along the inner peripheral part or in the shape of a groove along the axial line direction.
