Abstract:

PURPOSE: To allow the device to have provision for automation by vibrating ink with a vibrator so as to be particles, jetting the ink particles from a nozzle and depositing the particles to a vibration electrode of a piezoelectric resonator so as to facilitate fine-adjustment.

CONSTITUTION: When a piezoelectric resonator 1 mounted to a resonator holder 28, terminal electrodes 5, 8 and a frequency measurement device 34 are connected and a resonance frequency of the piezoelectric resonator 1 is detected automatically. A jet device 35 is arranged just above a vibration electrode 3 of the piezoelectric resonator 1 supported by the resonator holder 28. A jet nozzle 37 is arranged to one side of the vibrator 36 comprising the piezoelectric vibrator or the like excited through the application of an alternate voltage in the jet device 35 and ink supplied from an ink flow path 38 is formed into particles by the vibration of the vibrator 36 and the ink particles are jetted from a jet port of the nozzle 37. Then the delivery amount of the particles is optionally adjusted by adjusting the frequency of the alternate voltage and the exciting time to the vibrator 36.
