Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make powder coating work of a precise thickness possible by minimizing the influence of a coating agent on a composite filter element and giving the same electromagnetic characteristic to each constituent element, and then, improving the mechanical strength of the filter element. SOLUTION: A composite filter manufacturing device is constituted of a preheating section 100 which preheats filter elements by passing the filter elements through a heater 110 while the elements are vertically carried by means of rollers 120 and 130, a coating section 200 which coats the filter elements with a coating agent by dipping the elements in the coating agent while the elements are passed above a powder receiving pan 230 through guide shafts, and a hardening section 300 for passing in a wave form so as to harden the filter element finished the coating.
