Abstract:
To provide a novel freshness estimation method for rice capable of reducing errors of measurement results of absorbance measurement, a computer program to implement the method, and a freshness determination device comprising the computer program.SOLUTION: A first freshness estimated value of rice is calculated through absorbance measurement, and when the first freshness estimated value deviates from a previously measured freshness estimation range of rice in the same period, an analytic value of a previously set component among analyzed components is contrasted with contrast data generated by measuring the previously set component in advance to calculate a second freshness estimated value, so that freshness of the rice can be estimated with less error.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
