Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fuel injection of a minute amount while reducing a spray particle diameter.SOLUTION: An ECU (fuel injection control device) is applied to a fuel injection system including an injector for injecting a fuel from an injection hole by allowing a valve body to perform a valve opening operation, and it includes detection means and target pressure setting means. The detection means detects valve closing timing of the valve by processing of steps S30, S31. The target pressure setting means sets a target pressure of the fuel supplied to the injector to be a value equal to or greater than 10 MPa, when performing partial injection for starting a valve closing operation without the valve body which has started the valve opening operation reaching a full lift position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
