Title:
FUEL-METERING DEVICE FOR ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3919559
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance function for suppressing hunting of engine revolution, even if a spring constant of an idle spring 5 is set small.
SOLUTION: In this fuel-metering device, a metering transmission system is provided from a governor weight 1 through a governor sleeve 2 and a governor lever 3 to a fuel-metering rack 4. An action in the fuel-quantity-reduction direction in the metering-transmission system is undergone by an idle spring 5 of a push-spring structure. A damper spring 6 of a push-spring structure is provided. The single idle spring 5 holds up the action halfway through the compression in the fuel-reduction direction in the metering transmission system, and from the halfway through the compression of the spring 5 to the end of the compression, both of the spring 5 and spring 6 hold up the action in the fuel-reduction direction.
