To provide a fuel reforming device capable of sufficiently eliminating harmful substances such as nitrogen oxide and improving the fuel economy.
The fuel is introduced into a housing 12 from fuel inlets 14, 16, directed to opposite sides through the inside of the housing, and introduced into an opening 32. Then the fuel is spirally moved in a spiral pipe 30, and led out from a fuel outlet 18. Here, the magnetic force is acted on the fuel by a magnet 22 of a magnet layered product 20. The fuel supplied from the fuel inlet 14 is reciprocated in the housing 12 from the inlet 14 to the outlet 18, and spirally moved through the spiral pipe 20. During the movement, the fuel is continuously affected by the magnetic force of the magnet 22, and the magnetic force is acted on the fuel for a long time.
