PURPOSE: To accurately oppose a spindle to a peg trays, by fixing an operating position of a stopper in engaging an engaging recessed part on the undersurface of each peg tray moving in the longitudinal direction of a machine frame simultaneously following the reciprocative motion of loading rails with the stopper.

CONSTITUTION: Peg trays 6 are closely loaded in a state of continuous one row in the longitudinal direction of a machine frame stepping over two loading rails 4 and a guide rail 9 is provided to cover the peg trays 6. Each peg tray 6 is in the form of truncated cone and a peg 7 is protruded in the center thereof. A concentric circular engaging recessed part 8 is provided on the undersurface. A stopper 11 is inserted in a rotating shaft 20 supported in the longitudinal direction of the machine frame and turned to the vertical direction through a lever 12, fluid cylinder 13 and piston rod 14 at a required time to protrude and sink the tip engaging part (11a) of the stopper 11.
