Abstract:
To prevent a motor from burning out with an over-current even though a safe whose dial lock is disengaged through remote control, is put in such a condition that the rod can not rotate for any reason despite the motor being fed with current.
A timer 61 is furnished to sense whether pulses 44 are emitted continuously from a rotary encoder 38 which is for controlling the rotation of a motor 36. The current feed to the motor 36 is stopped when pulse emission is out for a certain period of time.
