The CPU for integral control sets one of: a first arrangement, where one symbol in a plurality of kinds of symbols is prescribed for respective plurality of elements in all of the plurality of symbol columns from among the plurality of symbol columns; and a second arrangement, where a composite symbol containing at least both of a first symbol and a second symbol is prescribed for an element corresponding to at least both of the first symbol and the second symbol in the first arrangement in at least one of the plurality of symbol columns.
