A pivot bolt 6 is inserted in the shaft hole 5 of blades 1, 2, an annular plate 10 is inserted in the pivot bolt 6 and a nut body 13 is screwed on to be fixed. The nut body 13 is formed with a storage section 12 and a bearing 15 is energized to the outside in the axis direction through a spring 14 for the bearing 15 to be fitted in the bearing holes 8 of the annular plate 10. With the rotation of the nut body 13, the bearing 15 rotates and moves to adjoining ones of the bearing holes 8 one after another freely intrusively fitted into and coming out from the holes.
