Abstract:
The present invention provides a gas barrier film in which water resistance is unlikely to be impaired while being an environmentally compatible material using biomass. The gas barrier film is a gas barrier film made of a composite resin. The composite resin contains: a polyhydroxyurethane resin (A) containing a repeating unit represented by the following formula (1.1) and/or a polyhydroxyurethane resin (A) containing a structural unit represented by the following formula (1.2), the polyhydroxyurethane resin (A) having, as a basic structure, a structural unit formed by polymerizing a compound (a1) having at least two five-membered cyclic carbonate structures and a compound (a2) having at least two amino groups; a starch-based compound (B); and a metal chelate compound (C) crosslinking the polyhydroxyurethane resin (A) and the starch-based compound (B), and the composite resin has a content of the starch-based compound (B), based on 100 parts by mass of the polyhydroxyurethane resin (A), of 10 to 300 parts by mass.
