To provide a control and management program for a caisson excavator capable of easily varying and setting image formation and display for management of excavation, functions to prevent contact during operation of plural machines, and the pattern of excavator speeds, in addition to setting caisson shapes, cutting-edge ceiling corner shapes, shaft position and rail shapes.
To set caisson information which constitutes part of an excavator monitoring system, an initial menu is opened according to an input flowchart, after which information about the variable portions of programs for outer shapes, cutting edges, rail position, shaft position and the like is inputted and set by use of a mouse or TAB keys, etc. For example, when the caisson has a rectangular outer shape with round corners, information about the variable portions is inputted and set in the following order: outer shape → rectangle →vertical/horizontal → corner → round. Once information about the shape of each part of the caisson is set, the above processes are terminated and data about the programs changed are preserved.
