PURPOSE: To easily generate a relational data base by displaying master code data and slave code data relating to it on a screen simultaneously. and displaying relation between the data by setting a managing code and relation data on the screen by using a relative position and a recording order.
CONSTITUTION: Relation data input processing S7 for work data is contained in processing in step S3, and the structure of the master code data and that of the slave code data are displayed on a display device. When a standard relational data base is used, standard master code data or standard master code data and slave code data are displayed first, and generated code data is displayed along with data input to displayed data and generation of the code data. When the master code data is handled, only risk data is displayed according to the classification of the managing code. When the slave coded data is handled, both the master code data and the slave code data are displayed.
