Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a glareless coating material excellent in adhesiveness on the surface of polypropylene molding and following property, hardness, and property for preventing pollution by oil and fat and useful for application to automobile instrument panel, etc., at a low cost.
SOLUTION: This glareless coating material is obtained by mixing two or more kinds of graft polymerization resins different in glass transition temperature and obtained by carrying out graft polymerization of an acrylic resin component with a chlorinated polyolefin resin component. For example, the glareless coating material is obtained by mixing (A) a chlorinated polyolefin graft acrylic resin having 20-30% chlorine amount (Ocl) of an olefin part, 8-12% chlorine content of whole resin and 70000 to 90000 molecular weight (M) and 70-90°C glass transition temperature (Tg) after modification with chlorinated polyolefin with (B) a chlorinated polyolefin graft acrylic resin having 20-30% Ocl, 20-30% Rcl, 30000-40000 molecular weight and 60-80°C Tg in a ratio of the components A:B of (3:1) to (5:1).
