Abstract:

To obtain a glass woven fabric which effectively prevents dislocation by tension, torsion, during handling even when made into a thin glass fiber woven fabric.

This glass fiber woven fabric is a glass fiber woven fabric to which a silane compound is adhered. The silane compound is obtained by reaction 1 mol of a glycidyl compound represented by general formula (1) [R1 and R3 are each a bifunctional organic group; R2 is a trifunctional organic group; m is 0 or 1 and n is 0-2] with (m×n+2) mols or more of an aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane.
