Abstract:
To prevent heat damage of an organic film of a constituent film, since the constituent film on a substrate is sometimes deteriorated due to influence of a laser beam, when cutting, by the laser beam, a glass substrate having a laminate film where TFT is formed.SOLUTION: In a substrate 1 having an organic layer 2 disposed at least on one principal surface 11 side, a removal area 10 where the organic layer 2 is not formed, and an end surface 5 cut by a laser beam along a virtual cut line C shown on the removal area 10, a transmission diffusion layer 3 is disposed on the laser irradiation surface side of the organic layer 2. The transmission diffusion layer 3 is a layer formed by dispersing reflective particles into a transparent body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
