To provide a pharmaceutical composition for treating a Glypican 2-positive cancer.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition for treating a Glypican 2-positive cancer in a subject, comprising an antibody or an antibody derivative that selectively binds to cancer cell-related Glypican 2. The cancer is treated by contacting a Glypican 2-positive cancer cell in the subject with the antibody or antibody derivative. The antibody or antibody derivative includes a heavy chain variable domain including a specific amino acid sequence and a light chain variable domain including a specific amino acid sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
