Title:
GOLF SHAFT MADE OF FRP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002045449
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a golf shaft which is little in the influence to be exerted to the firm sticking between layers in terms of strength and is consequently little in the influence to be exerted to impact strength against bending and twisting, is light in weight and is excellent in vibration attenuatability.

Bias prepregs are the bias prepregs consisting of pitch-base carbon fibers of 400 to 950 GPa in modulus of elasticity in tension and are formed by winding sets of 2A+ and 2A- by as much as an arbitrary number of the sets and winding the sets of the bias prepregs consisting of the PAN-base carbon fibers of 350 to 500 GPa in the modulus of elasticity in tension as 2A+1 and the bias prepregs consisting of the pitch-base carbon fibers of 400 to 950 GPa in the modulus of elasticity in tension as 2A- on the outer side thereof.
