Title:
GOLF SHOE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004313373
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a golf shoe capable of improving a slippage preventive function and improving the gripping performance on a slope.

The golf shoe has double projections 5 formed along the outer rim 9 on an outsole 2. The double projections 5 comprise a first projection 11 with the longitudinal direction along the outer rim 9 and a second projection 13 adjacent to the first projection, disposed on the middle of the sole. The length of the second projection 13 is not more than the length of the first projection 11, and the height of the second projection is from 0.2 to 0.9 times of the height of the first projection. The second projection has a wall surface facing the middle of the sole, and the wall surface is inclined to the vertical direction of the sole at an angle from -30° to 0° to the middle of the sole relative to the vertical direction of the sole. The second projection 13 preferably has the hardness larger than that of the outsole body and the other projection. With this structure, the slippage preventive function can be improved, and the gripping performance on a slope can be improved.
